Recollections of setting up an Airport Express and an SMCWBR14-G to play together
Despite just discovering that Google does not have my Sympatico dry loop and Vonage tips indexed, I wanted to post about my experiences with bridging an Airport Express and an SMCWBR14-G router via WDS.
This is really boring, feel free to ignore )

So, it turns out that there's no more ad-free basic accounts here on LiveJournal. Apparently, people seem mildly displeased about this fact. Shocking!

Watch this.

Then read down in the comments and watch some of the older stuff, especially the behind the scenes on the HBO logo animation. I can't imagine what it would be like to send the video back in time to show it to the team behind the HBO scene and then show them how easy it is to create something like that today. It was done by this company.

I'm always amazed by how far technology has come. Even thinking back to my time at A|W, and how much equipment there was required to do the same stuff my Mac Mini can do now for a fraction of the cost...

Really, I'm just making this post to see if it trips Facebook's beacon feature. I'm not sure what else I have to say, other than that it's easier to post to Twitter when I see or do something wacky than to post here.

I just read nearly my entire LJ history. Apparently back in December 2002, I claimed I wouldn't post much. I lied.

Dear TicketMaster
For the price of your "Convenience Charges", the least you could do is not close the terminals located in otherwise open stores.
